Fair Use of Returns Policy

Fair use of free returns

Weston Goods offers free returns to most customers as part of a simple, confident shopping experience. This benefit is intended for reasonable personal shopping use.

Limited account review

In limited cases, we may review account-level return activity. If an account has a return rate significantly higher than typical customer behavior, a return-shipping fee of up to $8.99 per eligible return may apply.

Advance notice

Customers affected by this change will receive a separate notice before it takes effect for their account. The notice will state the applicable fee, effective date, and how the fee will be collected. The fee will not apply to returns initiated before the date stated in that notice.

Additional fees

Additional fees may include an applicable return-shipping fee of up to $8.99 per eligible return. Any applicable fee will be disclosed to the affected customer in advance, including its amount, purpose, and collection method, before the return is initiated.

What does not change

For most customers, the current returns experience, including free returns, remains unchanged. This limited fee does not change eligibility for qualifying full-price items returned within 30 days, sale-item exclusions, protections for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or rights required by law.
