Return postage
Customers pay for tracked return postage on voluntary returns and exchanges. A prepaid label is not normally provided.
Restocking
A 20% merchandise restocking fee applies where clearly disclosed before purchase and allowed by law. No extra 2% return processing fee applies.
Final sale and consumer protection
Overseas-shipped goods and other explicitly identified final-sale items are not eligible for discretionary returns when disclosed before purchase. Defective, incorrect, materially misdescribed and other nonconforming purchases remain subject to applicable law. Refund, return and shipping rights that cannot legally be waived still apply.
