Return & Refund Policy

Eligible full-price items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Sale items, gift cards, and products clearly marked Clearance or Final Sale are not returnable, except where required by law.

30-day return window

To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

Start a return

Email info@westongoods.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Wait for authorization and the correct return address before sending anything. Unauthorized returns, or returns sent to another address, may not be accepted.

Sale items and other exclusions

Items sold at a reduced sale price, gift cards, custom or personalized products, opened beauty or personal-care products, intimate goods where hygiene protections apply, hazardous materials, and products clearly identified as Clearance or Final Sale are not returnable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Return shipping

For an ordinary eligible return, return-shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility. If we offer a prepaid label, any deduction from the refund will be disclosed before you accept it. Return shipping is covered when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when available so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less any previously disclosed return-label cost. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item or size is generally to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union cooling-off rights

Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have a legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without giving a reason. Legal exceptions and statutory rights continue to apply.
