01 — Eligibility

30-day return window

Eligible full-price items may be returned within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, an item must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and returned with its original tags and packaging. Please include your order number or other proof of purchase.

02 — Authorization

Start a return

Email info@westongoods.com with your order number and the item you would like to return. Please wait for authorization and the correct return address before sending anything. Unauthorized returns, or returns sent to another address, may not be accepted.

Free returns and fair use

Free returns remain available for most customers.

For most eligible returns, Weston Goods provides a prepaid return label at no cost. The current returns experience, including free returns for most customers, remains unchanged.

To help keep this benefit fair and sustainable, a return-shipping fee of up to $8.99 per eligible return may apply to a small group of customer accounts with return activity significantly higher than typical.

If an account is identified as having a high number of returns, Weston Goods will send a separate notice before the fee applies to a future return. The notice will state the applicable fee, effective date, and how the fee will be collected. The fee will not apply to returns initiated before the date stated in that notice.

Occasional returns do not affect access to free returns. This fair-use practice does not limit rights related to damaged, defective, or incorrect items, or any rights required by law. See our Fair Use of Returns Policy for more information.

Additional fees

Additional fees may include an applicable return-shipping fee of up to $8.99 per eligible return. Any applicable fee will be disclosed to the affected customer in advance, including its amount, purpose, and collection method, before the return is initiated.

Sale items and other exclusions

Items sold at a reduced sale price, gift cards, custom or personalized products, opened beauty or personal-care products, intimate goods where hygiene protections apply, hazardous materials, and products clearly identified as Clearance or Final Sale are not returnable, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Inspect your order after delivery and contact us promptly if there is a problem. Include the order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when available so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate remedy.

Refunds

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. If a return-shipping fee applies, it will have been disclosed in the separate notice before the return was initiated. Bank and payment-provider processing times vary. Original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return results from our error.

Exchanges

The fastest way to obtain a different item or size is generally to return the eligible item and place a new order after the return is approved.

European Union cooling-off rights

Where applicable, customers in the European Union may have a legal right to cancel or return an order within 14 days without giving a reason. Legal exceptions and statutory rights continue to apply.
