Paid opportunity: E-Commerce Growth & Community Coordinator
Type: Paid, part-time, remote; expressions of interest only.
This emerging role would coordinate conversion-minded merchandising, verified product content, digital campaigns, basic performance review, community communication, and organized project handoffs for Weston Goods and the Sanctuary initiative.
Core responsibilities
- Coordinate product launches, curated collections, and merchandising calendars.
- Review product and collection pages for accuracy, clarity, accessibility, and placement.
- Prepare customer-friendly email, social, and landing-page content without exaggerated claims.
- Document storefront and campaign findings and propose measurable tests.
- Coordinate approved creator, affiliate, community, and nonprofit-partner outreach.
- Maintain clear project records, deadlines, approvals, and handoffs.
Preferred strengths
- Clear writing, sound judgment, strong organization, and dependable follow-through.
- Familiarity with Shopify, e-commerce merchandising, digital content, or online retail operations.
- Comfort with basic performance data, customer privacy, accessibility, and accurate communication.

Voluntary community opportunities
- Customer Advisory Circle: Optional surveys and listening sessions about navigation, clarity, product discovery, and trust.
- Website Usability & Accessibility Feedback: Intermittent shopper-perspective feedback, not assigned development or formal certification work.
- Sanctuary Story Submissions: Optional original reflections or ideas for possible consideration, with publication permission handled separately.
- Community Cause Nominations: Recommend qualified nonprofits, churches, schools, mutual-aid initiatives, or local service projects.
- School-Sponsored Learning Placements: Formal educational placements requiring school authorization, written learning objectives, supervision, and a lawful structure.
- Partner-Hosted Service Updates: Service opportunities published and supervised by qualified community partners, not unpaid work for Weston Goods.
